Task 1: Through the Eyes of the Beholder Part One
For the First task (which redirects to the 3rd contract) We were simply treated to a break and new main page video:

On 6/9/08, The Daily Stalker informed us that Richard Tomek's fiancé , Heather Rain allegedly took her own life Tomek's Estate in Los Angeles.
The Puzzle
In the new video, we see a construction worker wearing a shirt that reads:

Shortly thereafter, the same shirt went on sale in the Whatisthisgame Store.
While it has yet to be discovered as to what exactly the meaning of this shirt is, it sure has become the center of controversy
Task 2: Last Laugh
On 6/13/08, The Daily Stalker reported that Cubby Kovaleski was missing from his New Jersey event. Two days later, we learned that he had staged his own dissaperiance, but was now legitametly missing.
On 6/16/08, The Daily Stalker recieved a letter claming to be from "ex-supporters" of Mister Willson
After everything that has happened over the last few months, there is a group of us who feel that we can no longer support someone who refuses to disclose any information to us and gave us false hope. While we supported his ideals, and still do to some extent, his means to an end are inhumane and motives questionable. Many of us placed blind faith in someone who we felt shared the same beliefs as us and were let down. Where is the evidence you promised us and why should anyone go on playing your sick game?
On 6/20/08, Mister Willson updated his Join My Legacy website with a new video.
This video shows comedian Cubby Kovaleski being abducted
The very next day Mister Willson put a new video up.
He was very unhappy with the players in the game. Now we stopped getting clues in his videos.
The Puzzle
On 6/19 The Daily Stalker published a new weekly puzzle. thehost only moments before the puzzle went live informed everyone that he will be dealing with awarding points for puzzles, no matter where they are found.

The Solution
Paradox solved part 1 by using "youcannothide" as a vignere cypher key, and then ROT-9 the result to read:

On 6/25 at 6:00 AM in Bakersfield, California, the S.W.A.T. team arrested who they thought was Mister Willson
On 6/27, Mister Willson abducted Christina Sweeney. Detective Gregory Owens quickly announced they had arrested the wrong man, and stepped down from the role of lead Detective.

It was not easy to obtain my most recent cast member. She drives a heavy bargain. I've said it before, my work will continue. Someone is beginning to piss me off. Someone who owns a certain publication that would be nothing more than a waste of cyberspace if it wasn't for me. Keep testing my patience and I can promise you will end up like the last individual who was stupid enough to challenge me.
However, I am feeling generous at the moment and therefore will offer you something for free. The next verse of my rhyme has been sent to the host along with your Stage Four Challenge. The host will give you the verse and full details about the challenge tomorrow at noon.

My employer has given me permission to present your fourth challenge. The Challenge is a simple concept, but it is once again creativity that will gain you maximum points.
Your objective is to create something that reflects your opinion of the events to date and should include who you feel at this point in the game is Mister Willson.
How you do this is entirely up to you. It could be a letter, painting, video, song, the sky is the limit. Your work will be evaluated based on creativity and points will be awarded accordingly. The due date for this challenge is July 15, 2008 at Noon PST and completing the challenge first will gain you nothing this time around. There are a total of 100 points up for grabs in this challenge and I will reveal the breakdown of how it was scored on the due date.

It also ended the fourth stage, but players were given clues to find the next video before defeating the guardian to update their tasks page to it.
